This is to preserve freshness and quality, locking in nutrients and flavours with no preservatives. Freezing also enhances convenience, allowing you to store meals longer, reducing food waste, and ensuring flexibility in meal planning. Additionally, it ensures food safety by preventing bacterial growth so your meals stay safe and delicious from our kitchen to your table.

We are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Please take note of our delivery details below:

Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 2-5 working days. Cut off time for next day delivery is 4pm.

Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 11 AM - 3 PM.

Order Notifications: You’ll receive an email notification the day before your scheduled delivery.

Regulations: Due to SFA food delivery regulations, we are currently unable to offer free delivery.

  • All deliveries are made using refrigerated vehicles that meet food safety regulations.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes, as frozen products require immediate storage. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive the delivery on your behalf.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule your delivery by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

What if my order arrives thawed or damaged?

Please contact us immediately at hello@yumsayfoods.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
